For all offered products on these pages there is a published photo and basic product description. These terms regulate ordering, payment, delivery and possible complaint on products sold through our internet webshop.

PURCHASE

Products are ordered by selection, by using the menu "My basket" and filling the online form. Ordered products you can pay using pay slip (only for Croatian territory) or a credit card. Your credit card will be charged on the day of order and ordered product will be delivered as soon as possible. Every credit card order is subjected to prior authorization. In the event that the ordered item is not in stock, you will be contacted as soon as possible, and in agreement with you we will deliver a replacement item, or in agreement with you listed item will be removed from the order. Your current order is shown on the "My Account". That page shows the information about the product, quantity and price. All products that you decided to buy are located on page called "My basket".

Payment / authorization

Ordered products the customer will pay by credit card, wire transfer or money order according to customer’s preferences. Payment is made in the official Croatian currency (Croatian Kuna). If you do not have a credit card, but you have a permanent residence in Croatia, you can pay using a pay slip before delivery. Delivery may be made upon receipt of payment. If you require a R1 receipt, you are required to enter your identification number, and the name of the company or business. Internet payment can be made through the following credit cards:
The prices are in euro. Value added tax is included in the price. In the case of significant exchange rate changes, we reserve the right to change prices. The offer is valid while stocks last. Products are subjected to printing errors.

Postage and handling

Once we receive your order, we will deliver the ordered goods to the delivery company which will deliver the goods within 7 days after the goods are supplied. The buyer is obliged to provide unloading products from the truck. If for any reason we are unable to deliver the ordered products we will contact you at your contact information. Shipping products from the manufacturer is free. If there is a need for faster shipment, then it is send by HP Express. This is faster and slightly more expensive method of delivery. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and the HP Express will deliver the goods within 48 hours. Thermia will send the goods the day after receiving the order for payment cards, ie. the day after the funds are deposited into our account, if you pay by bank transfer slip, and if the goods are available in stock. Delivery to other countries

Yes it is possible, please contact us. If you want to buy any of the products, please check with your customs office about the cost of customs, shipping and other services, as it significantly increases the price of the product.

COMPLAINTS

The buyer is required when receiving the product to check for any damage and immediately inform the delivery worker who provided goods, or reject to take the package that has visible external damage. User is entitled to a period of eight (8) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product to replace the purchased product or return the product if you notice shortcomings in the products, or the products supplied are defective, or you have received products which are not ordered. Thermia will, on the basis of a request for a refund or exchange, to return the funds to the account, or replace the product with a new one within eight (8) days from the date of receipt of the returned product to the warehouse. In the case of justified complaints, Thermia bear the costs of return. User is obliged to return the product delivered in the condition in which it was delivered, in its original packaging (commercial packaging in which the product was delivered) with the delivery note and invoice.

COMPENSATION FOR RE-ORDER

If we receive your return and conclude that the cost of re-order is justified, we will contact you by email and / or phone before we offer a replacement. If the return of the returned goods is unjustified (you do not like it, a mistake in the order), we will be forced to charge you the cost of resending. Please note that the returned goods must be originally packaged.

OTHER CONDITIONS

Sale terms may change without notice. All confirmed orders will be delivered by the conditions applicable at the time of order confirmation. Thermia reserves the right not to deliver the goods on the basis of orders with incomplete and / or inaccurate information.

To become our customer, it is necessary to carry out the application as a new user. The application process is very simple and requires a minimum of your personal information. Please fill out data with an asterisk (*). We need your data to fully and safely conduct the process of ordering, payment and delivery of the product to your address. At the end of the application process, you have the option of receiving the notification (newsletter) about new products, discounts, sweepstakes, etc.
The choice of receiving the notification does not oblige you on any grounds, and at any time you can check out from the list of recipients.
